Barbara Haage is our Human Resources Manager with over 20 years of experience. Her passion is providing HR solutions and/or resolutions through the education of employees on policies, procedures and company available resources. Prior to joining Reed Contracting Services, Barbara worked in various industries such as healthcare, aerospace manufacturing, telecommunications and staffing.
Barbara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentrating in Human Resources from University of Texas at El Paso, in El Paso, TX. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP). Barbara is an active member of two HR organizations – the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) on the national level and the North Alabama chapter of Society for Human Resources Management on the local level.
Barbara enjoys spending time with her husband, their two Maltese fur-babies and extended family. She is an avid sports enthusiast and loves to travel. Barbara was born in Minnesota, lived in Texas for 25 years and Maryland for 5 years, prior to moving to Madison, AL in October of 2016.
