As of Monday, March 8, 2021, Rogers Group Inc. (RGI) has purchased the sand, construction aggregate, asphalt and construction assets of Huntsville, Alabama-based Reed Contracting Services (Reed).

Managers of RGI and Reed are working diligently to ensure a smooth transition and no interruption of service to our customers.
